The Himalayan Kingdom of Ladakh remains “virtually untouched and unexplored” so to visit this magnificent land, you will not be in a sea of tourists sporting their speedos. Instead, you will be surrounded by mountains, breathtaking views, and a Buddhist heritage throughout.
Ladakh is crisscrossed by four mountain ranges; The Great Himalaya, The Ladakh, The Zanskar, and the Karakoram. It is located in the north India, in a location known as the Trans-Himalaya. It is the largest, yet least populated location in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, with the population ranging from 2,700 m to 4,500 m.
